What's Included

Rates Include:

Rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE for 7 nights/8 days (click on the resort of your choice to see "What's Included" at each).
Rates are per adult based on double occupancy (two people in the room).
Rates do NOT include airfare.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people in the same room. Only 3 ppl/room at the Xpu Ha Palace and 2 ppl/room at Sun Palace.
Additional adult in the same room is $103/night with the exception of Cozumel, Vallarta and Playacar Palace. Please contact us regarding the rates for additional adults in the room at these resorts.
Children between the ages of 4 and 17 years are $54/night.
No charge for children under the age of 4 years.
Important Note: Children under the age of 18 years that are not traveling with both of their parents (those listed on their birth certificate), must have a notarized letter from both parents granting permission for them to travel into Mexico. If they do not have this letter, they will be denied access into the country. If one or both of the parents are deceased, they must have a copy of the death certificate. For more information, please call the Mexican Tourism Board at 1-800-446-3942.
Rates for additional nights or stays less than 7 nights are available by contacting us.
Rates include one massage, one manicure, and one pedicure per adult in each room with 7 night package.
Round-trip Airport transfers (transportation between the airport and the resort) are INCLUDED for all Palace Resort stays of 7 nights or more!
Rates include UNLIMITED sight-seeing tours offered by the resort.*
Rates include a $15 certificate per person for additional spa treatments.*
Rates include a $50 certificate per person for golf at the Playacar Golf Club or the Moon Palace Golf Club.*
Rates include a $15 certificate per room for car rental through Travesia Turisticas.*

*Offered by Palace Resorts through their Palace Passport promotion valid until December 23, 2008. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be substituted for any other services.

Payment Options

Payment may be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
No deposit is required at the time of booking but cancelled reservations will result in a penalty (see Cancellation Policy below).
Payment must be received in full a minimum of 60 days prior to departure.
Palace Resorts reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time that are not paid in full. Therefore, reservations are not guaranteed until full payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received with a minimum of 60 days notice will result in a $75 cancellation charge per person.
Cancellations received between 59 days and 72 hours of your scheduled arrival at the Resort will result in a penalty of $150 per person.
Cancellations received within 72 to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival at the Resort will result in a penalty of 25% of total package price per person.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival at the Resort will result in a penalty of 50% of total package price per person.

Penalty Protection Insurance

Penalty Protection Insurance is available directly from Palace Travel Professionals for $69.99 per room. This insurance covers the land-only portion of your trip and allows you to cancel your trip for any reason prior to your departure without penalty. You will receive a 100% refund (minus the cost of the penalty protection insurance) for the land-only amount. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive the refund.
